Delete Your TrueViewDating Account

Overview

At TrueViewDating, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can permanently delete your account at any time.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App

If you can still access your account:

1. Open the TrueViewDating app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Read the confirmation message.
7. Confirm your decision.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing: trueviewdating@gmail.com

To help us locate your account, please include:

• Your registered email address.
• Your display name (if known).
• A brief statement requesting account deletion.

For your security, we may request additional information to verify that you are the account owner before processing your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
• Your profile photos will be removed.
• Your profile videos will be removed.
• Your matches will be removed.
• Your conversations will no longer be accessible through your account.
• Your face verification status and related verification data will be removed when no longer required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
• Your subscription will not automatically cancel. If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play account to avoid future charges.

Information We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may retain limited information after account deletion where required to:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Resolve disputes.
• Enforce our Terms of Service.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Protect the safety and security of our users.

Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for these purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before being permanently removed as part of our routine backup cycle.

Before You Delete Your Account

Please note that deleting your account is permanent. Once completed:

• Your profile cannot be restored.
• Your matches cannot be recovered.
• Your messages cannot be recovered.
• Your uploaded photos and videos cannot be recovered.
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use TrueViewDating again.
