TrueViewDating is intended exclusively for adults. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account up to date, maintain security, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
TrueViewDating is built around authenticity. You agree that your profile information, photographs, videos, and other content will accurately represent you. You must not create fake profiles, pretend to be another person, use another person's photographs or videos without permission, or misrepresent your identity or relationship status for fraudulent purposes.
Where available, face verification is provided to help improve trust and reduce fraudulent accounts. You agree not to attempt to bypass verification, submit manipulated or AI-generated verification media, or use another person's identity during verification. Providing false verification information may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
You agree to use TrueViewDating respectfully and responsibly. You must not harass or threaten other users, engage in hate speech or discrimination, promote violence, share sexually exploitative or illegal content, spam, scam or financially exploit users, request passwords or financial account information, upload malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading photographs, videos, profile information, or other content, you grant TrueViewDating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you own the content or have permission to use it, that it does not violate any law, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Users must not record or distribute another user's communications without their permission (except where permitted by applicable law). Communications must not be used to harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse others. We reserve the right to investigate misuse of communication features.
Users are encouraged to report behaviour that violates these Terms (for example: fake accounts, harassment, fraud, impersonation, inappropriate content, or safety concerns). We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription charges are processed through the applicable app store. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made and applicable law.
The TrueViewDating application, branding, logo, designs, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TrueViewDating. You may not copy the application, reverse engineer the software, modify or redistribute the application, or use our trademarks without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, create safety risks, abuse other users, or interfere with the operation of the Services. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.
TrueViewDating provides a platform for users to meet and communicate. We do not guarantee that every profile is genuine, that users will find compatible matches, or that interactions will always be safe or successful. Users remain responsible for exercising caution when interacting with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueViewDating, its owner, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueViewDating and its owner from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where appropriate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
